IsoBridge
Turn each Zoom participant into a separate NDI® source for live production. Processed on your Mac and local network, only with the host's permission.
IsoBridge is a native macOS app from PixelDimension Ltd. for live-event and broadcast teams. It joins a client-hosted Zoom meeting or webinar as a participant and turns each participant's video and audio into a separate NDI® source on your local network, ready for a production switcher, recorder or multiviewer.
The app interface is currently available in Traditional Chinese only.
How it works
- Capture starts only when the meeting host allows it. After joining, the app asks the host once for local recording permission, and Zoom shows its recording notification to participants while capture is active. If the host declines, no audio or video is captured.
- Meeting audio and video are processed on your Mac and sent only to NDI receivers on your own network. They never pass through PixelDimension Ltd. servers, and the app writes no recording files.
- Our servers only handle email sign-in, Zoom account linking and updates.
Get started
- Download the installer: Download IsoBridge for Mac (notarized DMG for Apple silicon).
- Sign in inside the app with your email address. New users start here; you receive a one-time code by email.
- Connect your Zoom account inside the app (Settings → Account & Connection). Zoom authorization is started from the app, not from the Zoom App Marketplace, because each authorization is tied to the signed-in copy of the app on your Mac. Existing users can repeat this step on any Mac they use.
- Join a meeting, ask the host to allow local recording, and assign participants to output channels.
Step-by-step instructions, including how to remove the app from your Zoom account, are in the User Guide.
Key features
- Join by meeting ID or invite link, with passcode and webinar registration email; the app joins with camera off and microphone muted
- Route a participant's camera, a screen share, the active speaker or the first spotlighted participant to each output channel
- Per-channel output size (up to 1920×1080) and frame rate, including 29.97/59.94 fps; received quality depends on Zoom
- Per-channel audio: the participant's own audio, the meeting mix, or mute, with gain, balance and delay
- Black or freeze-frame fallback when a source drops
- Save, load and merge show files; show lock against accidental changes
- Live connection diagnostics with CSV export
