IsoBridge Terms of Use
Effective date: October 5, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PixelDimension Ltd. ("we", "us"), No. 23, Lane 52, Da'an Street, Xizhi District, New Taipei City 221, Taiwan (新北市汐止區大安街52巷23號), governing your use of the IsoBridge macOS application (the "App") and the online services that support it — sign-in and licensing, Zoom account linking, and software updates (together, the "Services"). By installing or using the App or the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
1. What the App does
The App joins Zoom meetings and webinars as a participant using the Zoom Meeting SDK. After the meeting host grants local-recording permission, it receives participants' video and audio on your Mac and sends them as NDI® streams to receivers on your local network. Meeting audio and video are not sent to our servers. Our Services handle email sign-in, linking your Zoom account, issuing the short-lived tokens the App needs to join meetings as you, and delivering updates. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy: https://support.pxdim.com/privacy.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and use the App for professional purposes.
- You sign in with an email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that mailbox and your Mac secure; you are responsible for activity under your sign-in.
- We may suspend or disable an account to protect the Services or other users, or if these Terms are breached.
3. Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Macs you own or control, for your internal business purposes. You may not: sell, rent or sublicense the App; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction; remove proprietary notices; or use the App or the Services to build a competing product.
4. Zoom
- Linking your Zoom account is optional for signing in but required to join meetings through our Zoom authorization. You authorize the App through Zoom's own consent screen and can remove it at any time in the Zoom App Marketplace (Manage → Added Apps).
- Your use of Zoom remains subject to Zoom's terms of service and policies. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zoom Communications, Inc.
- Whether the App can join a particular meeting, receive media, or receive a given resolution depends on Zoom, the meeting's settings and the host's decisions. We do not guarantee that any meeting can be joined or captured.
5. Your responsibilities when capturing meetings
You are solely responsible for how you use meeting content captured with the App. In particular, you must:
- Use the App only in meetings you are entitled to join, and capture content only when the host has granted permission through Zoom. Do not attempt to bypass, disable or obscure Zoom's permission requests or recording notifications.
- Obtain every notice, consent and right required by law or contract from the host, participants and any rights holders before capturing, distributing, broadcasting or storing their image, voice or content — including under laws that regulate recording of communications.
- Stop using captured content if the host revokes permission or asks you to stop.
- Secure the local network that carries NDI® streams. NDI streams are discoverable by compatible receivers on the same network; the App does not add access control to them.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property and export-control laws.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the App or the Services to: violate any law or third-party right; capture or distribute content without the permissions described above; conduct surveillance of any person; interfere with or overload the Services (including by circumventing rate limits or security controls); access the Services other than through the App or documented interfaces; or share your sign-in with others.
7. Customer Meeting SDK credentials (optional)
If you use the App's "custom SDK" mode, you confirm that you are authorized to use the Zoom Meeting SDK credentials you enter and that you will comply with the terms that apply to them. Those credentials stay on your Mac and are not sent to us; you are responsible for protecting and removing them.
8. Fees
The App and the Services are currently provided free of charge. If we introduce fees, we will tell you in advance, and fees will apply only after you agree to them.
9. Updates and availability
We may release updates, which you install from within the App. We may change, suspend or discontinue features or the Services. We aim to keep the Services available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Live productions should plan for failure of any single component, including the App, Zoom, the network and our Services. We do not offer a service-level commitment while the App is provided free of charge.
10. Third-party components and trademarks
The App includes third-party software (including the Zoom Meeting SDK, the NDI® SDK, Qt and Sparkle), each provided under its own licence terms, which are listed in the licence files included in the App and are available on request at raymond@pxdim.com. NDI® is a registered trademark of Vizrt NDI AB. Zoom is a trademark of Zoom Communications, Inc. Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. All other trademarks belong to their owners.
11. Intellectual property and feedback
We and our licensors own the App and the Services. You own your content. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY FAILURE OF A LIVE PRODUCTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and NT$3,000.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from your capture, use or distribution of meeting content or your breach of these Terms.
15. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time; see the documentation for how to disconnect Zoom, sign out and uninstall. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law or by Zoom. Sections 5, 10–14 and 16 survive termination.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), and disputes will be resolved in the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version at this URL and update the effective date; material changes will be notified by email to the address you use to sign in, or in the App. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
